DVD & Blu-Ray Return Policy:
There is no fine print in our "DVD & Blu-ray Return Policy" -- If your movie is found to have a manufacturer's defect within the first 30-days after you have received the DVD(s) and/or Blu-Ray(s) from our company, just return it. When returning any defective DVD(s) and/or Blu-Ray(s), please include a brief note describing the problem.
Upon our receipt, we will process your return, verify the reported problem, and provide a timely response concerning either a replacement DVD(s) and/or Blu-Ray(s).
In the case where no defect has been found by us, we will be able to offer one of the following options to you: 1.We will return the DVD(s) and/or Blu-ray(s) to you at your cost using UPS shipping services. 2.We will destroy the DVD(s) and/or Blu-ray(s) at your request.
Domestic ground shipping charges will be 100% reimbursed only for DVD and Blu-ray returns resulting from a manufacturer's defect.
TOY and NOVELTY Return Policy:
Effective March 2, 2011, all defective novelty items should be returned to the product manufacturer. Excluding novelty items incorrectly sent to you, we do not accept returns for any reason. In the event that you need assistance with information regarding the product manufacturer or novelty warranty, we are more than happy to assist you with locating the needed information.
