Playboy Playmate Karen Foster is a blonde bombshell whose centerfold spread was pretty much the beginning and ending of her modeling career. Karen was born on April 21, 1965, in Lufkin, Texas. She moved to the big city upon graduating from high school, and landed a gig as a cheerleader for the Houston Rockets at the age of eighteen.

Karen became Miss October 1989 after submitting her pics to the magazine's editors on a whim. Her luscious 36-21-32 curves were no whim, though, and she made an instant impression on the magazine's readers. She appeared in a handful of videos for Playboy and kept busy at magazine-sponsored events and promotions over the next few years.
