Taylor was born in San Francisco, but grew up in the San Fernando Valley. After graduating High School, she traveled throughout the US.
She entered the adult film industry in 2009 at the age of 19, something she says she was destined to do.
In November the following year she was both Twistys Treat of the Month and a Hustler Honey. Her first award came in June 2010 when she beat Sadie West, Tanner Mayes, Riley Steele and Kagney Linn Karter to become the first winner of the XFANZ Best New Starlet Award, one of eight new categories launched by XBIZ at the debut of its annual XFANZ Expo. She was the Penthouse Pet for September 2010.
Taylor "is well-known in the adult film industry", but in 2011 she attracted mainstream media attention after applying for an eight-week paid internship to promote and develop Charlie Sheen's social media network. Fresh from developing her own social media network, she announced herself well qualified to "do social media right".
