Porn Star Gia's a lithesome little lovely who lit up just over forty hardcore features during her brief stint in the industry. Gia left the scene in 2000. Apparently she'd paid off her student loans or something. Whatever the reason, Gia hasn't returned to the fold since. We can only assume that's she lighting up the life of some lucky Iowan right about now.
