Al Borda Porn Star
A rich kid who decided to turn his fascination with porn into a career, Al Borda's been one of the most controversial directors and performers around since his mid-90's debut on the scene. He may not be the most handsome guy on the block, but his wads of cash and take-no-prisoners attitude has endeared him to a string of porno gals. He dated lithesome lovely Tammi Ann for over a year, and was involved with Savannah just prior to her death. In fact, it was through Savannah that Borda first got into the hardcore realm.
Borda decided to produce a feature for Savannah and Buck Adams to star in, but soon found himself pouring wads of his own cash into the video. By the time he was done, his $5000 quickie has turned into the $80,000 sexual spectacle 'Hustlers.' The film turned out to be the last one Savannah shot before her untimely death. It only piqued Al's interest in hardcore, though, and soon he was shooting and performing in his own films.
Al's flicks have a reputation as being totally uncompromising, chock-full of utterly nasty sex with a real down-and-dirty edge. He's not shy about baring all himself, either, and can often be found right there in his video's hottest encounters. Borda's on-screen couplings with Tammi Ann rank among the most intense erotic experiences in late 90's porn. Still, it's his no-holds-barred style of videomaking that's raised Borda's porno profile the most.
With his series 'Girly Video Magazine' and 'Sinboy,' Borda has staked his claim to being this generation's Max Hardcore. His utterly raw sexual encounters and eye-opening gonzo style camera work combine to really make his flicks stand out in a crowded field. Never a modest one, Borda considers himself the best pornographer in the business. He blames any of his flicks' shortcomings to the production companies, who won't give him the money he needs to make the kind of films he wants.
Still, his dizzyingly nasty epics are guaranteed to get a rise out of anyone who craves hardcore at its filthiest and most out-there. Al Borda refuses to compromise his vision of porn for anyone, preferring the life of an outspoken iconoclast to that of a smiling lapdog of the industry. While Borda may get in more fistfights and running arguments than any other producer, it's all in pursuit of his passionately held vision of what porno could be. At least that's what he says.
