| If your Subscription rental returns are lost in transit, become missing, or are accidentally destroyed, the customer will be charged for the loss, depending on the circumstances. These circumstances could include customer's not packaging their movie returns to us per the instructions provided in each mailer, including sealing the return mailers incorrectly or placing more than 1 DVD inside each mailer. In certain circumstances where there are repeatedly lost, missing, or damaged rental returns we may add an insurance charge to all future deliveries. For your convenience, if you experience these types of issues, you may request for us to mail your rental returns via USPS First Class mail. |
