UPS Letter Centers are conveniently-located drop boxes for your Next Day Air or Second Day Air Letters or Paks. UPS Letter Centers are fully stocked with the shipping supplies you need and offer the latest possible pickup times for their areas. What is a UPS Air Service Center?
A UPS Air Service Center is a UPS owned and staffed drop-off location for air shipments only. Air shipments are considered UPS Early A.M., UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver, UPS 2nd Day Air A.M., and UPS 2nd Day Air. You'll find that UPS Air Service Centers are conveniently located in busy metropolitan areas and are usually open a little longer than customer counters for your last-minute, end-of-day shipments. Hours do vary in each location. Please call 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) for the Air Service Center nearest you.
What is a UPS Customer Counter?
A UPS Customer Counter is a UPS owned and staffed drop-off location. Customer Counters are often connected to a UPS package processing facility. Hours of operation vary by location. Please visit the Drop-off Locator to find your nearest location.
What is a UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet?
Authorized Shipping Outlets (ASOs) and Commercial Counters are retail stores where you may ship packages via UPS. They provide a variety of packaging services and usually offer shipping services from a variety of carriers. They charge a handling fee in addition to the published shipping rate for your package.
What is UPS On Call Air PickupSM?
UPS On Call Air Pickup service gives you the convenience of having your shipment picked up at your home or office in major metropolitan areas, Monday through Saturday. On Call Air Pickup service is available for all UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air services and for UPS Worldwide Express and Expedited services. offer guaranteed delivery with UPS Next Day Air. For guaranteed two-day delivery, choose UPS 2nd Day Air.
For your convenience, we schedule delivery of UPS Ground shipments. Please refer to the UPS Ground Time-in-Transit Application or the Ground Time-in-Transit Map to determine the scheduled transit time from any origin and destination points in the U.S.
