Purchasing an e-Gift Certificate
Sending and receiving Excalibur Films e-Gift Certificates is easy, quick, and convenient. Simply place your order by selecting the occasion, choose your e-Gift Certificate value, and add any personal message to your certificate.
Recipients will receive the completed certificate and value, your name as the sender, and your personal message. A sender's copy of the certificate will be provided to you as proof of purchase.
Redeeming a Gift Certificate
Follow these six simple steps to redeem a gift certificate:
1. Choose items for purchase.
2. Place an order.
3. Enter the gift certificate code in the "Gift Certificate" box.
4. Your recipient will be asked to provide a payment method when completing the order checkout process to provide for any additional funds to complete his/her order.
5. A credit equal to the gift certificate amount will be applied towards the order.
6. Process order.
* If the total of your order is less than your gift certificate amount, the unused amount will remain as a balance on your gift certificate.
Note: In order to ensure that your selected Recipient receives his/her gift certificate in their mailbox rather than a spam folder, please have them add CustomerService@ExcaliburFilms.com to their address book.
