| Daisy Chain Thank you for having me.
Roger T. Pipe You're here at the Elegant Angel booth for the whole show?
Daisy Chain Yes I am, for the whole three days.
Roger T. Pipe Which movies are you promoting?
Daisy Chain I'm promoting S.M.U.T. #16, which is up for an award from AVN for best all girl scene. I'm also promoting Buttwoman 2000, which is up for the same award.
Roger T. Pipe You're in two movies up for the same award?
Daisy Chain Five
Roger T. Pipe Five? So basically, you're going to win an award for best all girl sex no matter which movie gets it.
Daisy Chain I don't know. I think that it's very political and I'm not a very big player in that game. I almost think that they gave me the five nominations as a way to validate me, but that's about as far as it's going to go.
Roger T. Pipe But you have to be proud.
Daisy Chain Sure, I worked my ass off, so it's nice to be recognized.
Roger T. Pipe If you were voting in that category, which one would you vote for?
Daisy Chain The best scene that I did was a ten-girl shower scene for a movie called "Ooze." I had the most amazing sexual experience that I've ever had in my life.
Roger T. Pipe With who?
Daisy Chain With Chloe.
Roger T. Pipe What made it so amazing?
Daisy Chain I don't know if we'll ever get to see it because it was fisting. I fisted her for about fifteen minutes. The constricting of the walls of her vagina was so amazing. I could actually feel the orgasm that she was experiencing because I'm a woman and I've had the same type of orgasm. I was in tears afterwards because I was overwhelmed. That was my favorite, but the scene I've heard the most feedback on was the Buttwoman 2000 scene with Charlene Aspen and Linda Diego
Roger T. Pipe Let's get a little background on you. Where are you from?
Daisy Chain I grew up in California. I was raised in Carmel and currently live in Santa Barbara.
Roger T. Pipe How long have you been in this business?
Daisy Chain I've been in this business for a little over two years.
Roger T. Pipe How old are you?
Daisy Chain I'm thirty-five.
Roger T. Pipe You're how old?
Daisy Chain Thirty-five. I feel good that I'm able to do this at my older age.
Roger T. Pipe You're in great shape.
Daisy Chain Thanks. I haven't augmented or changed anything other than the tattooing and piercing which is something I enjoy.
Roger T. Pipe What did you do before porn?
Daisy Chain I did a number of things. I was a radio DJ in Santa Barbara. I managed many businesses, worked in restaurants, internet companies. I've had a variety of jobs, but this is by far, the most fun.
Roger T. Pipe So you got into porn at thirty-three. That's considerably older than the average rookie. What brought you into the business?
Daisy Chain I got into the business with my long time boyfriend, James Lynn Strait the singer for a band named Snot. Our first film was for Matt Zane. We did it as a couple, playing off the fact that a rock star was doing porn. Backstage Sluts #2 was my first movie and I did that under my real name. After doing that, I had so much fun that I decided to do more girl/girl stuff. We were going to roll that into our whole thing, with the music and the internet. Unfortunately, he passed away. He was killed in a car accident in December of 1998. I had been in the business for about six months at that point. It happened two days after our second scene and that scene was the last time we had sex. I stayed in the business, staying true to our original plan, which was to have me just do other women. I couldn't do men because I don't like multiple male partners. When I have a male mate, that is my man. It takes a lot for me to make that commitment, so I couldn't just show up on sets and have sex with men. That's not for me, but I can do that with women. I love the alter ego of it, what it's like to be a guy, come in, fuck a girl, not know her name and never have to call her again.
Roger T. Pipe Other than those first couple of scenes, you've just gone girls.
Daisy Chain Yes. I do have a pictorial coming up. I have always wanted to see a black man's flesh on my flesh. I did a pictorial for Club Magazine with Mr. Marcus. It will be in the March issue. That's probably the only thing fans will see of Daisy Chain with a guy because my early scenes I did as myself.
Roger T. Pipe Any favorite girls?
Daisy Chain My favorite girl goes by the name of Cassidy now. She used to be Bobbi and I love her. I love Lola and Bunny Luv. Those are my three favorites. Then we've got Kaylynn, Charlene Aspen and my best friend in this business, Jill Kelly. She also suffered a tragedy in her life and we really bonded. She is a true friend. And we can't forget Tabitha Stevens, she's great.
Roger T. Pipe What about some girls you haven't worked with yet?
Daisy Chain There was really only one woman I wanted from the time I got into this business, Dee. I finally got her in the last scene I did.
Roger T. Pipe How was it?
Daisy Chain Amazing. She is so beautiful and wonderful.
Roger T. Pipe Anyone still on the wish list?
Daisy Chain Of those I haven't conquered yet, probably Jenna. I would love to do a scene with her.
Roger T. Pipe She's on the floor somewhere, shall we go hunt her down.
Daisy Chain Can we? I don't know. I have met her a few times and she's been nothing but rude. I support her though. It's all about where you are in your life and what you think of yourself.
Roger T. Pipe Do you have a website or a way fans can contact you?
Daisy Chain I'm too much of a stoner. If I had a web site, I wouldn't keep up with my email and I would disappoint my fans. I stay away from that all together. No fan mail, no web site. I like staying underground. If people like my movies great, if not, then they haven't heard of me.
Roger T. Pipe Do you watch your own movies?
Daisy Chain I do and my favorite is still Backstage Sluts #02. My first scene, his first scene, it's so raw, so real. We did it with this little thing who was in the business for only two weeks, totally cute. There was a lot of energy there.
Roger T. Pipe Were you nervous?
Daisy Chain We were both a little nervous. It took Matt about a year of coaxing us, before we finally agreed. We decided it would be good advertisement for him.
Roger T. Pipe Did you get a lot of feedback on that?
Daisy Chain It's still selling well and I just saw a recent review of it. The movie was made over two and a half years ago, but it's all been positive. There has been a lot of press lately. Some bands made a tribute album for Lynn called Straight Up. That came out November 7th and has Jonathan from Korn, Limp Bizkit, Ozzy Ozborne and a bunch of others. They all wrote songs and it's beautiful.
Roger T. Pipe What does the future hold for you?
Daisy Chain It's hard to say. I have been doing a little bit of directing. I have always done some writing, so I would like to move in that direction. We'll just see what this year holds for me. I'm kind of moving away a little to be honest. My mourning is coming to an end and I'm almost feeling strong enough to face the real calamities of the world.
Roger T. Pipe Has your experience been a good one?
Daisy Chain Oh yes. I have said that if I win an award at the show, that I would retire in my speech. For me, I would rather leave loving every bit of this business, still getting phone calls, than waiting a year or two, not knowing if I'm going to work or not. Not having the admiration and respect of my friends. I want to stay loving it.
Roger T. Pipe Anything you want to add?
Daisy Chain No. I really enjoyed this interview. You're easy to talk to. Thank you for taking the time, I really appreciate it. To the fans, thanks for your support and buy Straight Up.
Roger T. Pipe Thanks so much.
