Before you received your personal ID number to enter the Excalibur website it was tested to make sure that it actually worked. Usually, the "Access Denied" problem is caused by not accepting cookies. You must ACCEPT COOKIES otherwise the system will not work since it is the cookies that stores your password ID number as you move from one web page to the next. The cookie is also used to facilitate the order program system.
When a valid Customer Membership Number does not work, 99.9% of the time it is a corrupted "Cookie" problem. With time the file can become just too large. Please try the following "Cookie Fix" procedure:
1. Make sure you are accepting cookies.
2. Go to cookie_fix.cfm
3. Close your Netscape or Internet Explorer browser.
4. Re-open your browser.
5. Return to the Excalibur page that refused entry. When prompted, enter your valid Customer Membership Number. |

Usually when a customer's personal ID number doesn't allow access to the Excalibur websites the reason is that the sequence has been changed, numbers have been reversed, a space has been left at the end of the sequence, etc.
Once this problem has occurred the ONLY solution is:
1. In your Netscape Toolbar click on 'OPTIONS'.
2. Click on 'NETWORK PREFERENCES'.
3. Click on 'CACHE'.
4. Click on 'CLEAR MEMORY'.
5. Click on 'CLEAR DISK'.
6. Click on 'OKAY'.
7. Close all open files.
8. Shut your computer off completely.
9. Re-start your computer and carefully enter your code numbers.

Some other possible areas to check:
a. You MUST be running with Netscape 4.0 or Microsoft 4.0 or higher. Older browser versions will not function on the modern Internet and should be replaced.
b. You MUST accept cookies! Our server will not allow you to travel through the website unless you have a cookie that contains your ID number. The program that controls access to our website requires 'cookies' to allow you to go from page to page and to store any video movies you may wish to purchase.
c. Does your computer know what time it is? If you are running the wrong date your number may be prematurely expired by your computer.
If the above suggestions do not resolve your access problems please E-MAIL a short description of your problem and be sure to include your name, address, date you subscribed and your access number.
