Starring: Director Michael Zen takes a misstep with what is clearly a cleaver idea for a wall-to-wall banger. Using the legend about the full moon turning people into animals, Zen shows what happens to a gang of horny couples when the full moon rises with their libidos. It features J. R. Carrington, Tony Tedeschi, Jake Steed, Vince Vouyer, and Jessica James
Up to Zen's usual production quality, but without the energy. Truth is, this series of sex scenes never forms a plot, so what's left is pretty standard humping.
Some scenes work better than others. Steed has a solid erotic encounter with Carrington that starts things off, but most of the action slides downhill from there.
Mark Davis has a creative sequence with radio jockey Rachel Love, in which Davis is so turned on by Mark's phone seduction she does a little striptease that's surprisingly hot.
Though Carrington sees a lot of action, most of it is by the numbers. Even her threesome with Tedeschi and Vince Vouyer is a snoozer. Her girl-girl with Jessica James feels uninspired and rushed.
The idea has potential, but the sex is generally listless.
