Starring: Skinny, tattooed, bleach-headed Johnny Toxic certainly has the looks of a porn wildman, but when its time for the sex, Toxic shows little of the outrageousness his set-ups promise. Shot in typical gonzo style, he picks up women, interviews them, then has them demonstrate their sexual skills. But with the exception of Lea Stevenson's deep anal, there's not a lot that will thrill the raincoaters.
Well-shot, Toxic uses good location work to give the video the feel of a raunchy homemade gonzo extravaganza. Heidi Dalton gets fucked at night in front an open window overlooking a vast city-scape. Cool. And Lea gets hers under a highway overpass. You can sense there was the risk of getting caught.
Though Toxic is going for something outrageous, some of the girls, particularly Lea and Alyssa Ray, have rather plain girl-next-door looks that makes their teasing even more intense. These are clearly not your average plastic porn princesses. The problems start when the sex begins. It doesn't measure up.
Lea's butt-fuck is the best scene. It's nasty and shot with a sense of danger. And I loved his interview with Ray. She seems genuinely nervous about what's to transpire. The foursome with cute trio of Shay Sweet, Teri Starr and Heidi is easy on the eyes.
But when it does, it's slow, repetitive and bland. Ray has an interminable masturbation scene that can only be blamed on poor direction. Most of the scenes suffer from this proving Johnny's not so toxic after all.
A Well-shot, but not as wild as Johnny promises.
