Holy Olsen Twins Pervman, Kelly the Coed is almost legal. No, not the girl who plays Kelly, all records of her age are on file. The series is up to 17 now. Who would have thought that Jim Powers could take something as simple a slutty college chick with drunken frat-boy friends and turn it into a franchise?
