For more than two years, Seymore Butts and Shane paired to make the best adult videos of their, or perhaps any time. Now that a personal and professional split has put the dynamic duo on separate paths, Shane’s directoral debut is the most anticipated solo work since Cher left Sonny. Can one half of this team do outstanding work without the other? (See also, my review of Seymore’s latest video.) Can Shane heat up her own productions like she did for Seymore’s? These are questions I looked forward to answering for the months I waited for this video to finally hit the shelves. Was it worth the wait? Let’s find out.

From the opening voice over, (Love the Dr. Seuss-like dialog.) the humor that runs through this video is apparent. The credit sequence is about as well put together piece in adult videos as there is. It’s a very MTV, quick cut look at Shane just goofing around, and gets this tape off to a fast paced start even before the sex begins. As for a plot, this video, in classic Gonzo style, has a thin one. Ready? Shane has a motor home and a few of her closest friends for a weekend of fun in the desert. Sounds like the recipe for an incredibly sexy video to me. What really helps is the great looking supporting cast Shane brings along to compliment her perfect form. Kaitlyn Ashley, Caressa Savage, Sid Deuce and Yvonne make this a damn hot looking caravan.

Before the trip footage gets going, Shane introduces us to a segment she calls "Shane’s Helpful Hints." The lesson is in how "How to Give a Good Blow Job." If anyone is qualified to give such a lesson, it has to be Shane. She is assisted by Yvonne and Mark Davis, who can only be considered my nominee for luckiest guy on the planet. Shane and Yvonne both take their time in giving Mark a first class blowjob including some helpful hints on how to deep throat by Yvonne. (Guys, have your ladies watch this, could make a world of difference.) The tips seem to work, as Shane, using the new techniques, is able to tickle her tonsils with Mark’s huge prick. The action here is a bit disjointed and brief, showing more of the fun spirit of the trip than actual sex scenes. Kaitlyn Ashley does take a good bit of finger action and Sid Deuce does the only complete scene here fucking Alex Sanders for a while before taking a good facial.

Once they all get into the desert, it is time for some serious fun of all kinds. Shane takes off for a wild ride in a dune buggy. This is the sort of free spirited non sex action that highlighted the Seymore and Shane collaborations. I have heard feedback from some readers that this sort of thing bores them and Shane should drop it. For me, it just adds to the whole idea that what we are watching is real. It also has (God forgive me for saying this.) a very Gen X appeal to it. Once the sex starts, however, it crosses all barriers and is balls to the wall hot. Caressa Savage and Yvonne hook up in a buggy high atop a sand dune for some very hot outdoor lesbian fun. Both ladies look great and can’t wait to get at each other with probing tongues and a monster dildo. Caressa seems to take especially great pleasure in jamming the two headed beast deep into Yvonne’s horny hole. Very hot girl/girl sex here.

Back at camp, the hetero action is in full swing, with Deuce and Sanders doing a repeat performance in one room while the delectable Ms. Ashley is hard at work showing Tom Byron that blondes really do suck D**K better. What we end up with is a rather disappointing near miss. Too bad they did not at least go back to camp and finish off. Guess no one bats a thousand, not even Shane.

Back at home, Shane’s World is out about town, delivering a personal message to an outstanding fan. Shane’s World 1 is a highly entertaining, very hot video. Shane and Kaitlyn shine as always, with Yvonne, Caressa Savage and Sid Deuce adding some heat to the mix as well. Check it out if you like Shane or if you just want to see a fast paced, fresh look at adult video. Rog recommends this one highly.
