Starring: In the history of classic porn, lead Jamie Leigh never became a "star" performer, but her work here shows a vulnerability that gives this early quickie heart. Leigh plays a bicycling enthusiast who convinces pals Rhonda Jo Petty and Victoria Slick to bike down the Pacific Coast Highway so Leigh can take part in an L. A. race. Of course, none of the girls look athletic enough to make the 500-mile trek. It's all an excuse to hook the girls into sexual encounters along the way.

Low-budget, though pretty standard for the era.

Though it starts out promising wall-to-wall sex, once the girls hit the road, they settle for a trio of surfers they meet at a hotel. Slick and Rhonda, the more carnal of the trio, devour their partners, but Leigh falls hard for soft-hearted Randy West. There's heat, but, in Leigh's case, it's laced with a little tenderness.

Rhonda Jo Petty is a firecracker. And Randy West plays out that male fantasy of humping an attractive hotel maid who accidentally catches you in the shower. Not a bad scene.

It's pokey at times, and has an awkward third act involving a kidnapper played by a young Mike Horner. It never amounts to much.

A 7. Not a Golden Oldie, but worth a look.
