Starring: The problem with porn take-offs on spy films is the sex never quite gels into the intricate plot (well, intricate for a porn video). Buck Adams has had some success with this, but Frank Thring, directing for Private, falls into the trap that's caught other porn filmmakers. The sex is swallowed by the story. Set in Brazil, the cast mixes some familiar faces, like Laura Palmer, with local talent.
You can't deny the whole production looks good. But the plot and sex are slapped together. David Perry and Carola are in a helicopter, so he gets a blowjob. Jacqueline Wild has two guys in "spy" training, so let's fuck them. You get the picture.
Some scenes are too short, others are awkwardly cut so it's hard to tell which girl's doing what to who's dick. Overall, it cools the sexual heat.
The "big scene" is the central orgy aboard a boat. It features almost a dozen girls (I lost count), including Carola, Laura and Jacqueline. But, once again, Thring has no idea how to build the scene to a satisfying crescendo and the heat evaporates.
The story and sex scenes clash.
A It looks good, the girls have great bods, but the sex is muted. You're better off searching for some of Buck Adams' older films.
