Veronica Hart (Laura) gives her usual excellent performance. You get to see her range as an actress - from someone who just wants to have sex to tender love-making. R. Bolla does a good job in his role. There are good supporting scenes with Tiffany Clark and Merle Michaels.

The story line and rest of the cast follow: Veronica plays a woman who cultivates men. She finds a man who has some sort of talent (art, music, writing) and through making them better lovers, they then realize their full potential. The movie starts with a horny Veronica having sex with her husband in his office. She tells him about her last completed "project", an artist that is now having his own showing. She then goes to a friend's place where she and her friend introduce a virgin boy to sex. Then she goes to a recording studio where she tells another "project", played by Bobby Astyr, that he ready to go out on his own. He does not want her to leave and convinces her to have sex with him one last time. She is more than willing. Meanwhile, back at her husband's (who is a publisher) office, R. Bolla wants to have his novel published. The husband scoffs at the idea of the copywriter being an author. Samantha Fox plays the publisher's secretary had tries to console Bolla, but he is not interested. Bolla sends the manuscript to Veronica and she likes it. She decides to make him his next project. Veronica stops by the gallery to see her artist showing. He is despondent that she has left him. Tiffany Clark plays an admirer of the artist they have a good scene. Bolla's first lesson from Veronica is where she talks him through love-making while he is with Merle Micheals. Bolla just wants a slam, bam, thank-you mam. The lessons do not seem to work as off he goes to Verionca's friend apartment for a quickie, then off to Samantha's apartment for another quickie. After Veronica has a fight with her husband about the manuscript, she and Bolla have a good tender love-making scene.

There were multiple sets and good film work. The movie was made in 1982 and tried to have a storyline. The storyline could have been followed somewhat better as the characters did not always seem to be following what their character should be doing.

For the time that this film was made, it scores pretty well. It does not have the hot sex scenes you see in today's videos, but tries to put sex scenes in context with the storyline. But Veronica does a great job. She is not just a passive partner in sex. She really puts effort into her scenes.

Veronica Hart! She is one of my all time favorites and she does not disappoint.

The Bolla character. After getting a good lesson of love-making from Veronica, his next two scenes should have been better. I guess he just was in a hurry. Also, the scene with the virgin boy is not reality. What virgin boy could hold back while two women fuss over him? He would cum in a minute.

This is a Veronica Hart fans will like it. Remember that this was filmed as a story so is different than today's videos.
