Starring: This was the first film in which I've seen Julianne James and she impressed me. Though she was only adequate as an actress, she really energized the sex in this video. A natural, athletic bodied vixen, James' high-energy, but believable, approach to sex was quite enjoyable and refreshing. Tom Byron also gave a strong, work-horse performance, as he participated in three different sex scenes. He also proved credible in his ability to play comedy, another refreshing offer. April West, another athletic, natural-bodied blonde, also gave a strong supporting performance.
On the other hand, however, Jessica Wylde's performance was abysmal. Not interesting or attractive as an actress or a sexual creature, Paul Thomas chose poor judgement in casting her. Subsequently, the character she played (which was an "unconventional" alcohol counselor whose therapeutic advice was to transfer the desire for drinking to engaging in mind-blowing sex-- an alternate but equally satisfying desire) was unbelievable.

Not bad. Paul Thomas' video's are usually well-made and though this isn't top of the line, it isn't bad for video. There were multiple sets and even some location shooting and the other technical elements were strong.
Also, the script and acting for "The Perfect Brat" was better than in most late 80's and 90's porns.

Decent. Julianne James deserves most of the credit, however. She worked really hard in each of her sex scenes (although I fast-forwarded through her and Jessica Wylde's lesbian tryst). She proved to be a master at oral technique, which was for me one of the highlights of the video.
Also, since Thomas was able to integrate most of the sex into the plot of the film, the scenes were automatically more erotic than many other video-age porn flicks.

Probably Julianne James' sex scenes, particularly her C**K-sucking. Also, Thomas again proves a capable and understanding director in this video. I also appreciated the humor, particularly in Tom Byron's performance.

The few sex scenes which weren't motivated and the ruinous presence of Jessica Wylde.

I enjoyed it, though it wasn't an all-time great. It is, however, a higher quality video than many of the 80's and 90's porn vids. A decent film, but not one of Thomas' most interesting or erotic. I'll give it a "5", a passing, but not outstanding grade.

Starring: Julianne James, Tom Byron, April West, Jon Dough, Jessica Wylde, Sherry Taylor, Blake Palmer. Julianne and April carry this flick with their looks. Tom Byron is funny as hell.

Pretty damn good production values for a shot-on-video deal. A variety of settings, indoor and outdoor, with decent camera work and sound. Nicely directed sex scenes.

Very basic sex scenes, pretty hot stuff but nothing really exceptional. Julianne delivers her customarily steamy sex work, and if you're into her, you'll love this. Good couple's style sex, with one girl/girl and all other straight boy/girl scenes. The story is about a couple, Tom Byron and Julianne James, who love to go out drinking. After getting drunk with another couple, April and Jon Dough, Julianne boffs Jon in the back of his van (Tom has a shot at April, but passes out). At Julianne's urging (After fucking his brains out) Tom agrees to try a clinic to stop drinking. The clinic is run by Jessica Wylde who teaches a group of couples who to use sex as a deterrant to substance abuse. Tom resists the idea, preferring a good drink instead (he eventually gets to bang April West when she comes over to tell him her husband fucked his wife, and they break out the booze for a revenge fuck).

Julianne and April are both excellent, hot lookers with nice natural bodies. They are the reasons to see this flick.

Jessica Wylde mucks up every scene she is in. She looks like shit and acts like shit, and her sexual performances are pretty shitty too. Sherry Taylor, with her ballon boobs, and Blake Palmer do a pretty lame scene. Overall, this film lacks variety or surpise.

A fair couples film with some humor and basic sex, but it slides downhill from scene to scene. Lot's of fast forward action with little rewind. For fans of Julianne and April only. I rate this a 5 out of 10.
