By returning to the original production team, the makers of Talk Dirty 5 seemed to be hoping they could return this series to its more serious roots. After two rather deep and very well written porn scripts, the next two movies went for laughs, setting up lead character Jack in a pair of Mermaid adventures. By assembling some of the very best actors and actresses in the adult world, Pachard has assured that his cast can handle the once again, well written dialog.

Jack is a patient in a hospital, being nursed back to health by Shanna McCullough. Maybe all those Mermaids sent him over the edge mentally. (Or maybe he just ate some bad fish?) Meanwhile, Jack's faithful friend Lenny (Joey Silvera) is left wondering why Jack has disappeared. Actually, Jack has not left, but is struggling in the hospital with amnesia and Dr. Tracy Adams is helping him deal with his situation. In his weakened mental state, Jack is unsure if his late night visit from his favorite nurse, (Shanna) is real or imagined. Real or not, we get to watch as sexy Shanna disrobes slowly and treats her patient head to toe with loving hands and caring lips. Nothing is rushed, which is nice, as she works him hard with her hands before mounting his pole. Shanna rides slowly until they cum together. No shown cumshot, but still a hot scene.

Back to Lenny who is having some serious abandonment issues. Working for bar owner Ona Zee, Lenny helps save his boss from the advances of a would be attacker. In return Ona decides to reward Lenny with her body. Given my personal feelings about this particular adult star, I don't know that this is much of a reward, but Lenny seems quite pleased. You know, she looks like Teri Wiegel's mother, and she does give pretty good head, which should count for something. Joey playing the inexperienced part is about as normal looking as Christina Applegate playing Madame Curry. To cut my misery short, let's summarize. They fuck, Joey drops a load on her pussy. End of scene.

Jack is opening up a bit and remembering his past conquests. This is great since we get to go back and see some old footage of Jack in action from the previous films. Their therapy session seems to have moved them both. Jack has another session with nurse Shanna. While at home, doc Tracy has a frustrating non encounter with hubby John Martin.

After his treatment, Jack wanders into the next room where he hears Alexis Greco sobbing. She is a broken hearted model who was jilted by her girlfriend. With Jack there to help her with some imagination therapy, Alexis has a wonderful encounter with nurse Nikki Knights. In her nurse cap and lingerie, lovely Nikki has never looked any more perfect, and God, that voice is angelic. Even though it is just a girl/girl scene, watching Nikki is always worth the time. Alex just seems overmatched by the erotic intensity given off my Nikki as she rocks the poor models world. Watching Nikki sit back, pull her legs wide and let Alex reciprocate, I am struck by the thought that I would be hard pressed to name a half dozen bodies any more perfect that Ms. Knights'. This little mind therapy seems to really help poor Alex.

More flashbacks from Jack early adventures are followed by the conclusion of his tryst with Shanna which consists primarily of a long blowjob and a very nice facial. His tales of seduction have really effected Doc Tracy. Likewise, watching Jack and Shanna has inspired doctor John Martin to repeat the fun and games with reluctant nurse Sharon Kane. It takes her a long while, but she obeys the doctor's orders and starts to play with herself for him. Sharon, who I swear has gotten better looking over the years and sports way too much hair here, soon warms up to the idea of the doctor plugging her from behind. After another flashback session, doc Tracy finally lets her frustrated hubby have a crack at her fantastic bod. This is the very thin Tracy, but still she has a great set of tits and beautiful eyes. The sex though, is rather rushed through, and I believe intentionally vanilla in nature. Too bad since this time Jack does not get a shot at the stuffy doc.

Once again, all's well that ends well for Jack, Lenny and the women who cross their path. Those of you who have not seen the first two videos, will like seeing the flashbacks, but I wanted to see more of the new cast. While TDTM 5 is a step down from the last few, it does have some good moments. Nikki Knights is fantastic, and Shanna McCullough lights up the screen. A nice couples tape to watch, especially if you have enjoyed this series to this point.
