Starring: The concept is top notch: Not only bend the Kubrick film "Eyes Wide Shut" through a hardcore prism, but have Chloe play the cold fish wife simmering on the inside. Though she's built a career as a wild anal-loving sexual dynamo, she's best when playing the hibernating blossom. Watch Kris Kamski's superb "Chloe" and judge for yourself. Chloe gets good support from Evan Stone as her frustrated husband, Bridgette Kerkove the seductive wife of his boss, and Randy Spears as the guy who cracks Chloe's shell.
Not the classic you might expect from a porno ripping off (I mean satirizing) a mainstream film ripe with sexual opportunities, but Fred Lincoln, as usual, makes the hardcore scenes boil before they explode.
In one of te better scenes, Kyle Stone and Justine Romee ask Chloe to watch them fuck. Though Justine and Kyle share a solid hump, it's Chloe's reaction, acting like a voyeur (like us), who gives the scene it's power.
But the best moments are the centerpiece fucks in Chloe's education. First, she's blindfold by Eric Masterson and Maya Devine during which Lincoln plays with our senses by shutting down the audio distractions so we feel what the party-goers around Chloe feel. Later, Spears gives Chloe a long, extended complete fuck that demonstrates the power of foreplay.
Lincoln was never the greatest at tapping into the relationships behind the humping. Evan Stone and Chloe never really feel like a harried, married couple. This is more a personal journey. The power lies in Chloe and Stone's individual explorations, though they share a blistering closing bang.
An 8. Solid all the way.
