Quite good. Well photographed in a time when cinematography still mattered, even in porn.
Very high. Top drawer erotica. Very rarely does a skin flick rate the name "erotica", but I think that this one does. There's enough of the psychological depth to involve your imagination in the fantasy, as well as your gonads. The sex is there in spades, too.
Lots of praise for this movie. Every minute was very watchable. I found myself getting involved in the story, almost as much as the sex. Something noteworthy here: I personally seldom care for solo (maturbation) scenes. They just don't do it for me. There are two such scenes in this movie, and both of them were as hot as they could be (I would watch the movie just for Georgina Spelvin's solo scene). Definitely above average.
There is one scene (an incest scene between a brother and a sister) for which they give us quite a build up, but when it finally comes, they breeze over it far too quickly. It's a hot scene, don't get me wrong, but it's over just as you're really getting into it.
Top of the line Golden Age porn. 10 points for sure.

Starring: Georgina Spelvin, Rhonda Gallard, Clair Dia, Sharon Thorpe, Judith, Hamilton, Charles Hooper, and Rob Rose.
Georgina Spelvin reminds me of that forty something married neighbor lady. Though not pretty your thirteen horny and she has a nice enough body for you to want to fuck her. I must confess she sexed it up better than a lot of her much younger piers in the seventies. This movie has the look of one of those movie of the week back in the seventies. Georgina is Kate a woman who has been helping her sister raise her two children. She does not know her husband Mark has been having an affair with her sister Elain. Elain tries to convince mark to leave Kate and marry her. Kate finds out about the affair confronts Mark and kills him by striking him in the head a bottle he falls off the boat and drowns. Kate later commits suicide by drowning herself.
The scenes on the boat were pretty good. Some the film looks like it was shot at some sort of lake shore resort. This is much different than your usual porn fare. I do not know if it was just my copy but the sound was not that good.
If a movie has a good story and great sex I think that is great. This movie let the plot take something away from the sex. Adultery, incest, murder and suicide belong in a Shakespeare play. Don't get me wrong the sex was pretty good. Georginas Shower scene with Judith Hamilton was pretty hot and I am not that fond of lesbian scenes. The whole film seemed a little too dark for my taste.
Clair Dia, Judith Hamilton and Georgina Spelvin. The three of them did a very good job despite the plot.
The films dark tone. I feel if you going to do an adult film leave the depressing subject matter out of it. Keep it light, some might find this kind dark plot refreshing in adult films, but it is not my thing.
I liked most of the women. I thought they were sexy and did a good job despite the dark plot. Though they good job the plot was just too much for me the best I can give it is a 6.
