Who starred in the movie, and what did you think of their performances?
Stanley Jones, Tommy Toole, Sheila Galore, Donna Pussie and a whole bunch of others. Since there were no cast credits and I didn't recognize anyone, I really have no idea who played who. The acting was pretty bad. The sex was mostly tepid but at times fairly hot.
What did you think of the film's production values?
Cheap but surprisingly creative given that this film was made well before the "golden age" of porn. The opening credits are spray painted on doors, walls and flyers that you see as the main character, a would-be rent collector, walks down the street. There is a very beatnik, "artsy" feel here. Of course this WAS made in the 60s.

I wouldn't get this film for the eroticism. However, the it does have it's moments. My favorite scene is when the rent collector seduces a tenant's squeaky young daughter and teaches her how to suck cock. Other scenes weren't so hot and a few had homoerotic overtones which may or may not be your cup of tea.

The 60s girls. Most of them very, very pretty. It is funny how much they look like 90s girls with their long straight hair and tight, flared jeans. I guess you could say that styles have come full circle.

The sex was very NC-17 in most scenes with at least one scene only showing simulated sex. Although there are seven scenes, only one has a money shot.
What is your overall opinion of the film? How would you rate it on a scale of one to ten?
This is the oldest film I have ever seen that was not just a series of loops. Therefore as a collector's item I give this film a ten. However, the sex wasn't all that great so for eroticism I give it a two. Overall that makes a six.
