For those of you anal retentive porn fans who picked this up expecting to do an actual word count, put away your notepads. The 1000 Words title is cleaver rather than literal. It's that mystical thousand words that a single picture is said to be worth. In addition to the clever title, David Stanely has thrown us another curve. This is essentially a silent movie. That wouldn't be new to porn. Half of the flicks out there don't seem to have any dialog, but this one is different in that it tries to tell a story without dialog. There are plenty of pretty girls to provide eye candy and the love story about two photographers should be easy enough to tell even without words. Some things are just universal and nothing says true love like a guy poking his prick into a hot chick.

I can't really get behind a movie that treats the sex scenes like secondary elements and that is the case this time. I like the eye candy factor and found this very interesting, but it isn't the best movie I've seen from Wicked lately. It's a good flick for couples I suppose and has some good moments. I just think that they spend too much time on setting things up and not enough time on the meat of the matter.
